Sunday saw 10 teams compete in the annual 27 hole Mixed Foursomes Championship which was played in fine conditions. This comp was sponsored by Dep’s Beautiful Nails and their long-term support is appreciated. Although mixed foursomes can be a difficult game to play some pretty good scores were returned. The winning score of 126 was produced by the husband and wife team of Matt and Nikki Waterworth. This was the fifth year in a row that Matt and Nikki have won this trophy and they are really setting the pace in this competition. Coming in second and only one shot behind was the team of Scott Constable and Mandy Benussi and the best nett score was scored by Phil Mihulka and Deb Joyce.

Congratulations to all our winners and to everyone who took part in the day. Next Saturday’s event is a Single Stableford.
