he sunlit highlands of Stanthorpe were at their best this past Saturday with warm sunshine and a cool breeze enjoyed by a full field of Golfers strolling on 100 acres of green upon green. Adding to the pleasure of the day was the generous sponsorship of Amcal Chemists (Michael Lane). The substantial prizes were matched by some seriously good scoring ... (mostly – we won’t mention the present Writer, nor Jason Ward!). And it was a pleasure to have our Captain, Brad Silver and Filomena Silver back from Grandparent ‘duty’ in the far north.
