16 interpid Stanthorpe golfers braved cold winds and drizzle to play an Individual Stableford.

Once again a Burgess family member was the winner but this week Dad Dave with 37 points proved too good for son Matt who had 35 points and got a ball in the rundown.

Dave reckons he just had to get fair dinkum and prove who’s really the best golfer in the family.

Runner up with 35 points on a count back was Greg Fraser.

The ladies decided there were better things to do than get wet and cold.

Next week’s event is an Individual Stroke sponsored by Luke Reardon and the timesheet is available in the usual place.

The timesheet for Boxing Day Classic a 3person ambrose is filling fast so members shouldn’t hesitate to get their names on the sheet.
