The Anzac Day golf event was an individual stableford sponsored by the Stanthorpe RSL Sub Branch, long supporters of RSL golf. Played under the strict guidelines in place for competition, a very good field turned out for the day,
Eric McLellan has been showing some good form of late and his 40 points on the day gave him the win on the day. Mark McCosker had the best of the countback to receive runner up with 38 points from Matt Waterworth who settled for the run down. Others in the run down were Andrew Burgess and Scott Constable. A good round for Scott with a par round on the day.
Lyn Ludlow had best score for the ladies, 37 points for the day. Again, another countback for scores of 36 points giving runner up to Racheal Hendry and a run down to Margie Locke. Unlucky for Shaneen McLellan also with 36 points but missed out.
