A late arrangement proved very effective for Keith Green and Brady Morant when they combined for the medley 4BBB stableford last Saturday.

A returned score of 51 points gave them a two point advantage on the field and an easy win. Keith scored on the majority of holes but Brady's contribution was very useful, both players adding an almost equal number of points for the total.

Max Smith combined with Darryl Boekholt to return a score of 49 points to take runner up on the day. Their steady round was marred by a one pointer at the seventh hole and the difference in first to second.

Sponsor for the day was Andersen's of Stanthorpe. Thanks to Cal for putting the trophies on for the day and hope you also enjoyed your game of golf. Men's pin shots went to Len Leigh at 3, David Reeves at 12 and Hayden Smith at 17. No takers for the ladies at 3 but the approach at 12 went to Nikki Waterworth and the approach at 17 went to Racheal Hendry.

In the run down, a ball for Bob Watts and Lorraine Evans (47), Hayden Smith and Travis Burton (46) and the lefties, Max Hunter and Richard Reardon (46).

Next week is the monthly medal and putting competition, another chance for players to qualify for the end of season Medal of Medalists.

Sponsor for the day is Gino's Floor Covering. Tee off from 11.00 am and the time sheet is on the board at the clubhouse.
